  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs such as thyme or rosemary, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl and drizzle with honey. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh herbs.
