  • 1 cup Oreo cookies crushed
  • 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and protein powder.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in chocolate chips for added sweetness.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
