  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt plus more for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the pie crust in the pie pan and set aside.
Make the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
Bake the Pie
