Method
Prepare the Mozzarella
- Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- If the mozzarella balls are large, cut them in half.
Wrap with Prosciutto
- Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap it around each mozzarella ball, covering it completely.
- Place the wrapped mozzarella on a plate.
Garnish and Serve
- Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and serve immediately.
