Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella balls Bocconcini or ciliegine
  • 8 slices Prosciutto Thinly sliced
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil leaves For garnish
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze Optional, for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Mozzarella
  1. Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. If the mozzarella balls are large, cut them in half.
Wrap with Prosciutto
  1. Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap it around each mozzarella ball, covering it completely.
  2. Place the wrapped mozzarella on a plate.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Tear fresh basil leaves and sprinkle them over the prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired, and serve immediately.
