Ingredients
  

Crostini Base
  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
Toppings
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese sliced
  • 2 medium pears thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Crostini
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Assemble the Crostini
  1. Remove the crostini from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  2. Top each crostini with a slice of Brie cheese and a slice of pear.
  3. Drizzle honey over the top and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately while the crostini are warm.
