Method
Prepare the Peaches
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- If desired, sprinkle the cut sides with cinnamon.
Heat the Skillet
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Cook the Peaches
- Place the peaches cut-side down in the skillet.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the peaches.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
- Flip the peaches and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Serve
- Remove from heat and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
