Prepare the Cake

- Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Prepare the Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
