Ingredients
  

Cucumbers
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced thinly
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt for cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare Cucumbers
  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
Seasoning Mix
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together salt, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes.
Combine
  1. Pour the seasoning mix over the cucumbers and toss to combine.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
