Ingredients
  

Chopped Peppers
  • 1 cup banana peppers chopped
  • 1 cup jalapeño peppers chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chopped

  • 1 cup white vinegar for tanginess
  • 1 tablespoon sugar to balance heat
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Peppers
  1. Chop the banana peppers, jalapeño peppers, and red bell pepper into small pieces.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped peppers with white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Blend the Relish
  1. Use a food processor to pulse the mixture until it reaches your desired consistency.
Store the Relish
  1. Transfer the relish to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
