Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts skinless
Jalapenos
  • 2 medium jalapenos sliced
Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the Cream Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the sliced jalapenos and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  3. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it with the cream sauce.
  2. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
  3. Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
