Pudding Base
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
Strawberry Layer
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, for sweetness
Topping
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for crust flavor
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream optional

Method
 

Prepare the Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until it thickens.
Prepare the Strawberry Layer
  1. In a small bowl, combine sliced strawberries and sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
Assemble the Pudding
  1. In serving glasses, layer the chia pudding, followed by a layer of strawberries.
  2. Repeat the layers until glasses are filled.
  3. Top with crushed graham crackers and whipped cream if desired.
