Method
Prepare the Chocolate Fudge
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Form the Mice
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the fudge mixture onto the baking sheet to form mouse shapes.
- Insert a strawberry into the back of each fudge mound to serve as the tail.
- Press mini chocolate chips into the fudge for eyes and place almond slices on top for ears.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the fudge mice for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your spooky Halloween treat!
