Halloween Dessert - Strawberry and Chocolate Fudge Mice

Ingredients
  

Chocolate Fudge Mixture
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for melting
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk for creaminess
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mice Decorations
  • 8 strawberries for tails
  • 16 mini chocolate chips for eyes
  • 8 almond slices for ears

Method
 

Prepare the Chocolate Fudge
  1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Form the Mice
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the fudge mixture onto the baking sheet to form mouse shapes.
  3. Insert a strawberry into the back of each fudge mound to serve as the tail.
  4. Press mini chocolate chips into the fudge for eyes and place almond slices on top for ears.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the fudge mice for at least 30 minutes to set.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy your spooky Halloween treat!
