Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob husked and cleaned
Butter
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
  2. Soak the corn in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the soaked corn directly on the grill grates.
  3. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the kernels are tender and slightly charred.
Serve
  1. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with melted butter.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika if desired. Serve hot.
