Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.
Make the dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
