Ingredients
  

Milkshake Base
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves or 2 tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender culinary grade
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon lavender sprigs for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream optional

Method
 

Prepare the Tea
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk until warm but not boiling. Remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea leaves and dried lavender. Let steep for 5 minutes.
Blend the Milkshake
  1. Strain the milk mixture to remove tea leaves and lavender. In a blender, combine the strained milk, vanilla ice cream, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Serve
  1. Pour the milkshake into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream and garnish with lavender sprigs.

Notes
