Prepare the Biscuits

- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- In a separate bowl, combine the beaten egg and milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times.
- Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds.

Make the Lemon Glaze
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuits once they are out of the oven.
