Carrots
  • 1 pound carrots peeled and cut into sticks
Coating
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Carrots
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrot sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Coat and Bake
  1. Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
  2. Spread the coated carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
