Method
Prepare the Tea
- Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea leaves or tea bags.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea into a teapot.
Mix Cherry Juice
- Add 1 cup of cherry juice to the brewed tea and stir well.
Prepare Milk Mixture
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole milk and honey until well combined.
Serve
- Pour the cherry Earl Grey tea into cups, filling them halfway.
- Top with the milk mixture and stir gently.
- Garnish with fresh cherries and lemon zest before serving.
