Ingredients
  

Tea Base
  • 4 cups water filtered
  • 4 teaspoons Earl Grey tea leaves or 4 tea bags
  • 1 cup cherry juice unsweetened
Milk Mixture
  • 1 cup whole milk or any milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
Garnish
  • 4 teaspoons fresh cherries pitted and halved
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Tea
  1. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a saucepan.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea leaves or tea bags.
  3. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea into a teapot.
Mix Cherry Juice
  1. Add 1 cup of cherry juice to the brewed tea and stir well.
Prepare Milk Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole milk and honey until well combined.
Serve
  1. Pour the cherry Earl Grey tea into cups, filling them halfway.
  2. Top with the milk mixture and stir gently.
  3. Garnish with fresh cherries and lemon zest before serving.

Notes
