Ingredients
  

Corn on the Cob
  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob Husked and cleaned
Seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Optional

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk strands.
  2. Soak the corn in water for about 10 minutes to prevent burning.
Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Place the soaked corn directly on the griddle.
  3. Cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are charred.
Season the Corn
  1. Remove the corn from the griddle and brush with melted butter.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika as desired.
