Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce Your favorite brand
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Chicken
  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs Bone-in, skin-on for best flavor

Method
 

Marinate the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Grill the Chicken
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
  3. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 6-7 minutes, then flip and grill for another 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
