Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
Cook the Prawns
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the wok and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the prawns and add red chili flakes and black pepper. Stir well to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
