Ingredients
  

Cauliflower
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
Honey Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce use low-sodium if preferred
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Make the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until well combined.
Roast the Cauliflower
  1. Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and tender.
Coat with Sauce
  1. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the honey garlic sauce over the hot cauliflower. Toss to coat evenly.
Garnish and Serve
  1. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
