- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground meat, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- Mix in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
- Add diced potatoes and stir well. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once potatoes are tender, add green peas and garam masala. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
