Ingredients
  

Beef and Broccoli Ingredients
  • 1 pound flank steak sliced thinly against the grain
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for thickening
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger fresh, grated
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking
  • 1/4 cup water for steaming broccoli

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced flank steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the marinated beef in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. While the beef is cooking, steam the broccoli with water in a microwave-safe bowl for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Once the beef is cooked, add the steamed broccoli to the air fryer basket. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss gently. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
