Ingredients
  

Hummus Layer
  • 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
Greek Yogurt Layer
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
Vegetable Layer
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
Feta Cheese Layer
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
Olive Oil Drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Herb Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

Method
 

Assemble the Dip
  1. Spread the hummus evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Layer the Greek yogurt on top of the hummus.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion on top of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
  5. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the feta layer.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and dill.
