Method
Assemble the Dip
- Spread the hummus evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Layer the Greek yogurt on top of the hummus.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and chopped red onion on top of the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the feta layer.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and dill.
