  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust based on heat preference)
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prep the Corn: Husk and clean each ear of corn. Cut into bite-sized pieces (about 1.5 inches) for even cooking.
  2. Air Fry the Corn: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place corn in a single layer in the basket, lightly spraying with oil. Cook for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Make the Cajun Butter: In a large bowl, melt butter in the microwave (10-15 seconds). Whisk in Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  4. Toss & Coat: Add hot corn directly into the bowl with Cajun butter and toss well to coat evenly.
