  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn kernels (15 oz), drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1 large bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (9.25 oz), crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes; let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with sour cream until smooth.
  5. In the baking dish, layer half the meat mixture, half the creamy mixture, one cup of cheese, and half the crushed Doritos. Repeat layers once more.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly.
