  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add eggs, vanilla, sour cream, and flour. Pour into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Chill after cooling.
  3. For the cake, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; mix in eggs and melted white chocolate. Alternate adding dry ingredients with buttermilk. Bake two rounds for 25-30 minutes.
  4. For the frosting, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and egg yolks over medium heat until thickened; stir in coconut, pecans, and melted white chocolate.
  5. Assemble by layering the cheesecake between the cake rounds and frosting the top.
