  • 1 vegan pie crust (910 inches)
  • 2 cups cooked vegan chick’n pieces
  • 2 medium carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 6 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1.5 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2/3 cup vegan heavy cream
  • 23 cups prepared vegan stuffing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare your pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
  3. In a skillet, melt vegan butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for another minute before gradually adding vegetable broth. Mix until thickened.
  5. Fold in chick’n pieces, peas, salt, pepper, and thyme. Remove from heat and stir in vegan heavy cream.
