  • 34 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 34 tbsp agave syrup (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 grams dark chocolate (70%)
  • 400g full-fat coconut milk

  1. Blend silken tofu, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into ramekins or jars and refrigerate while preparing the ganache.
