  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (browned)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare a greased 9-inch springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and flour. Mix in vanilla bean paste and eggs until combined.
  4. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice.
  5. Brown additional butter in a saucepan; let cool slightly and then mix into batter.
  6. Pour filling into crust and bake for 55-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  7. Cool gradually in the oven for one hour, then chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
