  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
