- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 oz biscuits (cut into quarters)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in ketchup, water, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Simmer for five minutes.
- Remove from heat and combine the meat mixture with quartered biscuits in a bowl.
- Pour into a baking pan and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 28–30 minutes or until golden brown.
