  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (avocado oil recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon gochugaru
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon black vinegar
  • ½ tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced shallots and minced garlic; sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
