  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp red apple vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for dressing)
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey
