  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo crust by crushing cookies into fine crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate layer by mixing pudding with milk and folding in Cool Whip. Spread evenly over the crust and freeze for another 10–15 minutes.
  3. For the raspberry cream layer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and Cool Whip, then spread over the chocolate layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
