  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside the icing.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice. Add cinnamon roll pieces and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, mix brown sugar with melted butter until combined.
  5. Layer half of the coated rolls in the bundt pan, drizzle with half the butter mixture, add remaining rolls, and top with the rest of the butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before inverting onto a plate.
