  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in thawed whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
