  • 8 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup salted butter, at room temperature
  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
  • Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and butter a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In the same bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining flour, butter, and the last teaspoon of cinnamon until clumpy. Stir in oats.
  4. Crumble the oat mixture over the peach filling and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
