  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Heavy cream
  • Butter
  • Fresh rosemary

  • Black pepper
  • Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  3. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, butter, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and garlic base until fragrant. Stir in most of the parmesan.
  4. Thinly slice the Yukon Gold potatoes and layer them in the prepared dish.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes, cover with foil, and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown.
