  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken pieces with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; stir well and bring to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back to the skillet; toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top; cover for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  7. Serve warm with a garnish of fresh parsley.
