  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and then stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Gradually combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
  6. For the swirl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  7. Layer half the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture on top, add the remaining batter, then finish with the rest of the swirl mix.
  8. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Allow cooling before transferring to a wire rack and dusting with powdered sugar.
