  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup lemon Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate or yellow candy melts

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into mold cavities and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold in lemon yogurt, powdered sugar, and lemon extract. Chill for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate or candy melts; coat mold cavities and chill until set.
  4. Pipe half of the cream filling into each cavity, add a spoonful of lemon curd, then top with more cream filling.
  5. Seal with the crust base and freeze for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  6. Thaw before serving and enjoy!
