  • ½ cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 slices cooked Turkey Bacon
  • Optional: lettuce wraps for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, minced jalapeños, and garlic until combined.
  2. In another bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, minced onion, salt, black pepper, and cumin.
  3. Create burger patties using half of the turkey mixture; form wells in the center and fill with the cheese mixture.
  4. Cover with remaining turkey mixture and seal edges.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
