  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 34 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for icing)
  • Pinch of salt (optional, for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter with light brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
