  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and cutting them into uniform pieces.
