  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
