  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup honey, warmed
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer one sheet of phyllo dough into the dish and brush with melted butter; repeat with six more sheets.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth. Pour over the phyllo base.
  4. Cover the filling with the remaining phyllo sheet, brushing butter between each layer and scoring the top lightly.
