  • ¾ cup warm water (about 110°F)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for topping)
  • Flaky sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil to form a shaggy dough.
  2. Knead on a floured surface for 6-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl and cover; let rise for about 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Punch down the risen dough and divide into 12 portions; roll each into balls and place in the muffin cups. Let rise for another 20 minutes.
  5. Combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, flaky salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Press dimples into each dough ball and spoon the mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
