1 lb ground chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing or cooking)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, egg, chopped onion, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into an oval loaf.
Place meatloaves on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
